Right of Withdrawal

In principle, you have the right to revoke a contract concluded online within fourteen days without giving any reason.

In the case of a contract for the delivery of digital content that is not on a physical data carrier, the right of withdrawal also expires as soon as the execution of the contract begins, i.e. as soon as we provide you with full access to the ticket system or to the documents created with the form; §356 (4) BGB.

By ordering and providing the paid full version, you expressly agree that we start executing the contract before the expiration of the revocation period and confirm your knowledge that you lose your right of revocation by your consent with the start of the execution of the contract.
