  • Currently residing in Egypt
  • 24 months passed since last German contribution
  • German deregistration completed

No Social Security Agreement

Egypt and Germany don't have a social security agreement, making Egyptian citizens fully eligible for refunds.

Refund Calculation

Your contribution: 9.3% of gross monthly salary (2023+).

Typical amounts in EGP:

  • 1 year: 100,000-200,000 EGP
  • 2 years: 200,000-400,000 EGP
  • 3 years: 300,000-600,000 EGP
